How to Register

To sign up for the conference, please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online payment. Once we receive your completed registration form and payment (online or via bank transfer), we will send you written confirmation of your registration by e-mail. The organizing committee strongly encourages early registration, which is cheaper for you. On-site registration, while available, is strongly discouraged due to the difficulties it poses in terms of securing hotel accommodations and the delays it causes on conference days.

Payment Procedures

All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. Payment procedures (IDEAL, etc) can be found in the on-line registration form, or payment by bank transfer is possible. Hotels

We recommend that you book your hotel well in advance (through the Van der Valk e-mailaddress: maastricht@valk.nl or phone: +31 43 387 35 00) since Limburg is an attractive holiday location. The conference’s preferred hotel is offering a reduced price to participants for standard/comfort rooms for single and double occupancy for the nights of 29 November to 3 December 2017 when these are booked with the IMUKA 2017 code at the van der Valk in Maastricht

Cancellation and Refunds of registrationfee and Hotel reservation

The Conference Management must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.

Cancellation on or before 1 September 2017 payment will be refunded after the conference, minus an administration fee of 15%.
Cancellation on or before 15 October 2017 payment will be refunded after the conference, minus an administration fee of 50%.

For cancellations made after 15 October 2017: no refunds will be given.

All refunds will be made after the conference. Any exchange rate differences and bank charges will be deducted. Any changes or cancellations regarding registration fees must be made in writing to the conference management.

Liability

By registering for IMUKA and/or by participating in the exhibition joined to IMUKA, participants and exhibitors agree that Foundation IMA, the Organising Committee or the IMUKA organizers do not assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during IMUKA. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organise their own health, travel and personal insurances.registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Management assume any liability. Participants should, therefore, organize their own health and travel insurance.

Disclaimer

The IMA Foundation and/or its agents reserve the right to alter or cancel the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the IMUKA congress, without prior notice, for any reason beyond their control. The organizing committee and the conference management shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.

Image and sound recordings

IIMUKA reserves the authority to make image and sound recordings of the event. By purchasing an admission ticket to the event and/or entering the event venue, the visitor unconditionally acknowledges that recordings are being made, agrees to the processing of same and consents to the publication and use of the footage. Neither IMUKA nor the event’s organizers are liable in any way to pay any form of compensation to visitors at any time.
