The registration area in the conference centre will be open for registration:

How to Register
In order to register for the Conference please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment.
Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration.
The Organizing Committee strongly encourages early registration, which is cheaper for you.
On site registration is strongly discouraged due to difficulties for hotel accommodation and delay on-site.

Payment Procedures
All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.

Included in the registration fee:
• Admission to the scientific sessions
• Admission to the exhibition
• Conference documentation
• Coffee and tea during session breaks
• Lunches on Wednesday 4 February, Thursday 5 February and Friday 6 February 2009
• Welcome Reception on Wednesday 4 February 2009

Cancellation and Refunds
The Conference Management must be notified in writing.
Cancellation on or before 1 December 2008: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 15%.
Cancellation on or before 1 January 2009: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 30%.
For cancellations made after 1 January 2009 no refunds will be made.
Refunds will be made after the congress. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will also be deducted.

Any changes or cancellations regarding registration fees, should be made in writing to the Conference Management.

Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Management assume any liability. Participants should, therefore, organize their own health and travel insurance.

Disclaimer
The Stichting IMA and/or its agents have the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the IMUKA conference. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Managers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
