Cancellation and refunds
The Conference Management must be notified in writing in case of cancellation.
Registration fee will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 15% if you cancelled before 1 December 2008.
Refunds minus an administration fee of 30% will be made for cancellations after 1 December 2008.
For cancellations made after 1 January 2009 no refunds will be made.
