How to Register

In order to register for the Conference please register online and be sure to submit your registration. Registration is valid on receipt of payment that must be submitted at the same time. Payments can be made by bank transfer or secured online credit card payment. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, you will receive a written confirmation or an e-mail of your registration. The Organizing Committee stongly encourages early registration, which is cheaper for you. On-site registration is stongly discouraged due to difficulties for hotel accommodation and delay on-site.

All payments should be made in EUROS (€). Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted. More information about payment procedure can be found in the on-line registration form.

Cancellation and Refunds
The Conference Management must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Cancellation on or before 15 February 2011: payment will be refunded afther the conference minus an administration fee of 15%.
Cancellation on or before 20 March 2011: payment will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 30%.
For cancellations made after 20 March 2011 no refunds will be made.
Refunds will be made after the conference. Exchange rates differences and bank charges will also be deducted.

Any changes or cancellations regarding registration fees, should be made in writing to the Conference Management.

Liability
Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Conference Management assume any liability. Participants should, therefore, organize their own health and travel insurance.

Disclaimer
The IMA Foundation and/or its agents have the right for any reason beyond their control to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the conference or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the IMUKA conference. The Organizing Committee and the Conference Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.
