Cancellation and refunds
The Conference Management must be notified in writing in case of cancellation. The registration fee will be refunded after the conference minus an administration fee of 15% if you cancelled before 15 February 2011. Refunds minus an administration fee of 30% will be made for cancellations after 15 February 2011. For cancellations made after 20 March 2011 no refunds will be made. Please note that the refunds will be made after the conference.
